NOW HIRING: CNC Operator $25–$30/hr Day Shift Louisville, KY

A Louisville facility is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our high-performance team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate CNC milling and turning machines to manufacture precision tooling components

Load raw materials, set up tools and fixtures, and execute machining programs accurately

Monitor operations and make adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy

Use calipers, micrometers, and CMM for in-process inspections

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models

Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines

Maintain accurate production and quality control documentation

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize processes

Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For:

Technical education or vocational training in CNC machining or related field

At least 3 years of CNC experience in a precision manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Proficient with metric measurements and tight tolerances

Familiarity with Fanuc robots is a plus

Experience with CAM software, lean manufacturing, or 5S is a bonus

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 55 lbs and regularly handle tooling and parts

Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks

Willing to wear PPE as required

Schedule & Pay:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

$25–$30/hour based on experience
