Work alongside a team of 12 people on the production floor during the 1st shift from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The environment is non-climate controlled.

This role involves assembling components into assemblies using power tools or specialized equipment, contributing to the production of pressure vessels and heat exchangers. Responsibilities
Follow production orders, company procedures, and supervisor directions to prepare parts and assemble components.
Perform assembly operations using power tools or specialized equipment to produce pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
Prepare parts for assembly by grinding, blasting, and cutting metals.
Execute assembly according to company procedures and documents while meeting quality and safety standards.
Maintain equipment by applying preventative maintenance as instructed.
Propose new methods, procedures, or equipment to improve efficiency and quality.Essential Skills
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
Regularly lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
Use standard hand and power tools, such as drills and grinders.
Understand fractions, decimals, and measurement techniques.
1+ years of manufacturing or production work experience.
1+ years of mechanical assembly experience, including working from drawings and diagrams.
1+ years of industrial machine operation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
