Description

Setup and operate Kuraki or Niigata horizontal machining center equipped with FANUC controls, EIA G-Code

• Perform milling, boring, threading, facing, drilling, reaming, probing, and other related machining functions within the capabilities of the machine.

• Make setups based on prints, route sheets and verbal instructions

• Detect errors/de-bug programs, work with programmers to select appropriate tools and devise machining strategies

• Work from CNC programs and printouts, programmer instructions, and setup information

• Measure and load tooling

• Determine and set work and tool offsets

• Work from blueprints, specifications and general instructions

• Check work with precision measuring equipment-micrometers, depth mics, inside mics, dial indicators

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
