We are committed to your growth and success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.
This position operates on a commission basis with uncapped earning potential (no soft packs on commissions). Top performers can earn over $150,000 annually, with year-end sales volume bonuses for qualifying individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the charge in delivering an exceptional and high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
Conduct engaging demonstration rides and thorough walkthrough presentations.
Effectively close sales by collaborating closely with the F&I team.
Maintain a no-pressure, high integrity approach with every customer, ensuring follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Requirements for the Role:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate.
Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
Basic computer skills for inventory reviews and customer information entry.
Valid driver's license is required.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Capability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend during work periods.
Compensation Overview:
Please note that this position is 100% commission-based. The estimated variable compensation ranges from $50,000 - $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage, in addition to variable compensation earned. In all other states, you will earn minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage if higher, which will offset variable compensation earned.
