Hours & Pay
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Long-Term Temp (Potential to Hire for the Right Candidate)
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input orders, index files, and manage data within internal systems
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks
Work with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Lift boxes or files up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods as needed
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive records and information

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus
