Automation Controls Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Automation Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our programming, troubleshooting, and system integration efforts. If you excel in electrical and instrumentation engineering, particularly in PLC programming and HMI systems, and have a hands-on approach to process control, safety, and optimization, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Design, maintain, and troubleshoot HMI systems.

Develop, troubleshoot, edit, and maintain PLC code (Allen Bradley, Ladder Logic, VISO).

Adapt programming languages to augment system functionality.

Create electrical drawings and schematics for installations and upgrades.

Perform calibration, preventative maintenance, and refurbishment of instrumentation components.

Facilitate SCADA integration for remote communication systems.

Install, calibrate, and integrate electrical and instrumentation systems.

Background and Skills:

Proven experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Ladder Logic), VISO, and HMI systems.

Skill in creating, troubleshooting, and modifying electrical drawings.

Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or 8-10 years of equivalent experience.
