Position: Assembly Operator

Location: Northwest Houston

Industry: Global leader in nailed wooden reel manufacturing (73+ years of success)

What You’ll Gain:

Starting pay: $14.00/hour

Steady schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Role Overview:

Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels

Use hand tools, measuring tapes, and rulers to ensure accuracy

Weigh, label, and tag finished products

Apply grease for waterproofing purposes

Perform quality checks and meet production standards

Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions

Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment
