Position Responsibilities

TRACK - Manage and handle all event equipment, including camera gear and marketing materials.

EXECUTION - Effectively set up BallerTV's filming equipment at each court or field, while maintaining a sense of urgency and moving efficiently.

MONITOR - Ensure a steady and consistent stream for each game, troubleshoot any equipment issues, and communicate effectively with the BallerTV team throughout the event.

ENJOY - Watch live sports while you work—what could be better?

This position requires part-time weekend work, with some events starting as early as 6 AM and ending as late as 10 PM. Expect to possibly travel up to 40 miles one way.

Compensation: $18 per hour

Please Note: Be prepared for daily shifts that can exceed 12 hours, with weekend tournaments lasting over 30 hours of work. This role requires being on your feet and lifting heavy objects.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.

Must complete a pre-event background check.

Familiarity with iOS devices and products is required.

Maintain a personable and professional demeanor at all times.

Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail is essential.

A positive attitude and winning mindset are vital.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in live event production, sports, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Knowledge and interest in grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, and/or wrestling are a plus!

A current and valid driver's license for transporting event equipment is preferred.
