What You'll Do

Design, build, and scale full-stack features across our web and mobile platforms using React, React Native, Next.js, and Node.js

Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing, and accessible user experiences that directly impact patient care

Lead or contribute to the development of robust frontend architecture, including reusable components, responsive layouts, and state management using Redux or similar libraries

Build and maintain APIs, services, and data integrations to power user-facing features and ensure smooth cross-system communication

Help shape and maintain our modern developer environment, including TypeScript, ESLint, Cypress, and CI/CD pipelines

Monitor and improve performance across the stack using tools like New Relic and logging frameworks to ensure smooth, reliable user experiences

Engage in code reviews, documentation, and testing practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code

Participate in shaping product and technical strategy, especially around frontend frameworks, tooling, and performance optimizationWho You Are

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $140,000 to $300,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
