Job Description:

As a Process Engineer, you’ll optimize and support manufacturing processes, with a focus on improving efficiency, quality, and throughput. You'll collaborate across departments to standardize operations, troubleshoot production challenges, and lead process enhancements. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer with strong analytical skills and a passion for manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities:

•Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

•Develop documentation including standardized work procedures and process flow maps.

•Support production teams through hands-on training and technical troubleshooting.

•Coordinate with cross-functional departments on process changes for new and existing products.

•Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving lean principles and process optimization.

Qualifications:

•5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.

•Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality management standards; ISO 13485 a plus.

•Proficiency in CAD software for designing tooling and fixtures.

•Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

•Experience with Microsoft Office; SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling tools preferred.
