Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer (755042)

Conduct administration duties for the ServiceNow platform including product code release migration, major release upgrades, performance and stability monitoring and user access provisioning. Provide ServiceNow platform development support including stakeholder requirements gathering, new form development, new enhancement requests and fixes to existing platform features including ServiceNow's ITSM, HR, Business Continuity Mgt and Performance Analytics modules. Creation of ServiceNow database views to support dashboard and reporting capabilities for existing and new stakeholder requests. Create, configure, and deploy ServiceNow service catalog forms using JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, XML and CSS. Integrate web service calls using Rest API to send and receive data from external applications with ServiceNow. Create business rules, workflows, script includes and client scripts using JavaScript.

Experience/education to include at least 5 years working/theoretical knowledge of: ServiceNow administration & development; ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Reporting/Dashboard, HR, & Business Continuity Mgt; ServiceNow Performance Analytics modules & capabilities; JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, XML, CSS, and Rest API.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field, or foreign academic equivalent + 5 years of progressive experience in the position offered, Software Developer, or Systems Analyst. Alternatively, Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field, or foreign academic equivalent + 3 years of experience in the position offered, Software Developer, or Systems Analyst.
