Fixed Asset Accountant

Location: Onsite in Cincinnati, OH

Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $75,000–$80,000 + Discretionary Bonus

What You’ll Do:

Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in accounting systems

Prepare monthly reconciliations for property, plant, equipment, and construction-in-progress

Track project costs and transfer completed projects into active service

Investigate and resolve discrepancies or potential asset obsolescence

Support audits and respond to asset-related inquiries

Conduct or assist with cost segregation studies

Partner with internal teams such as engineering and maintenance

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on fixed assets

Strong Excel skills

A proactive mindset and desire to grow within a fast-paced organization

Strong analytical and organizational skills
