Join us as a Claims Adjuster Specialist and embark on a fulfilling journey with us in managing attorney represented bodily injury (BI) claims. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can independently manage a claims inventory, evaluate liability, coverage, and damages, and negotiate with attorneys for efficient claim settlements. By becoming a part of our collaborative team, you'll receive ongoing support and coaching to help you grow within the claims industry.

This hybrid position offers flexibility, allowing you to report to the office approximately four days each month for essential meetings, training sessions, and teamwork. If you enjoy the in-office atmosphere, you are welcome to spend more time in the office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Determine coverage and liability for claims.

Negotiate settlements with claimants or their legal representatives.

Manage claims settlements and establish reserves.

Estimate costs related to treatment or compensation for injured parties.

Analyze medical reports and oversee the claims process to ensure effective resolutions.

Collect and document information from claimants, agents/brokers, attorneys, and police.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Four years of relevant work experience, including one year in claims handling.

OR an Associate's degree and three years of relevant work experience, with one year in claims handling.

OR a Bachelor's degree and one year in claims handling.

A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required for this position.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in auto and/or commercial insurance is a plus.

Compensation:

Between $65,000 and $79,400 per year, depending on location and experience.

Annual gainshare cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
