Position: Advanced CNC Machine Specialist

Reporting to: Manufacturing Manager

Shift: Full-time during the second shift, from 2:55pm to 11:05pm

Location: Gainesville, GA Your Key Contributions

Maximize machine efficiency while adhering to quality guidelines.

Handle material transit and adjustment of machine settings.

Spearhead basic troubleshooting and perform critical measurements for product inspections.

Record quality data, maintain machinery, and report/status in production.

Collaborate proactively within teams to meet the production metrics and maintain orderliness. Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1-2 years in high-production manufacturing.

Strong communication skills, adept at teamwork and problem-solving.

Solid organizational knack, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Experience with schematics, including metric system proficiency.

Familiar with mechanical setups and blueprint interpretation. Our Commitment
