In this client-facing role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and event attendees, ensuring seamless communication, top-tier support, and flawless execution of every event detail. Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for all client and attendee inquiries, delivering fast, professional, and accurate assistance.

Build and nurture strong relationships by understanding client goals and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Deliver hands-on, on-site event support, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding attendee experiences.

Quickly and effectively resolve issues with a positive, solution-focused approach.

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support the planning and execution of client-facing initiatives.

Communicate proactively through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions to keep clients informed and confident.

Qualifications:
