What are the hours and pay?

The first several weeks of training will be on 1st Shift: 5:55AM-4PM Monday-Thursday, plus overtime as needed

After training: 3rd Shift - 7:55PM-6AM Monday-Friday, plus overtime as needed

Base Pay $18.50 per hour plus (depending on experience) $1.50 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift

What is the job?

Startup, operation, and shutdown of CNC fiber laser machine.

Select nozzles for particular material being processed.

Load programs and set machine parameters to achieve best performance.

Perform first, last and periodical checks on parts and complete associated quality documents.

Follow routers, schedules and work instructions.

Communicate machine/quality issues to maintenance and quality to support personnel.

Other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the job?

High school diploma or GED equivalency is preferred but not required.

Basic reading, writing, and some advanced math skills required.

Using hand tools and machines proficiently.

Measuring, cutting, or working on items with great accuracy.

Excitement to learn a new skill

Spend majority of time in plant environment, subject to noise, dust, oils, some chemicals and uncomfortable environmental temperatures at times.
