Application Development Manager Job Summary: The Application Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, architecture, and implementation of software development efforts within the organization.

This role involves guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:Understand and guide the overall software development landscape, including technical strategy, architectural design, development approach, standards, and guidelines.

Project Oversight and Quality Assurance:Ensure that all software development efforts produce high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code, with a focus on user experience, system integration, data conversion, and data transformation.

Technical Documentation and Integration:Oversee the documentation of technical specifications and lead the development and testing of data integration programs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with organizational goals.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
