Claims Adjuster Development Program

As a Claims Adjuster Development Program participant, you will gain the skills needed to assist clients in recovering from accidents. This position is primarily focused on phone interactions, where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers. In a dynamic atmosphere, you'll learn to efficiently handle a substantial caseload while overseeing the entire claims process from beginning to end. You will receive support from a collaborative team and continuous coaching from leadership. Our comprehensive training will cover essential topics related to property damage and insurance policies, empowering you to adjust claims with confidence and independence.

This role follows a hybrid model, requiring you to work in the office two days per week, as determined by local leadership, while you have the flexibility to choose your work location for the remaining three days, whether at home or in the office, for the first 12 months. After this period, in-office attendance for meetings, training, and collaboration will be based on business needs. In this supportive hybrid environment, you will develop relationships, form connections, and share best practices that are vital for your professional growth. If you prefer an in-office work atmosphere, you are welcome to spend as much time in the office as you desire.

Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Modesto, CA

Duties & Responsibilities (after training):

Determine coverage eligibility.

Assess liability (identifying fault in damages).

Conduct interviews with customers, claimants, and witnesses.

Collaborate with appraisers/estimators to oversee vehicle repairs.

Negotiate with clients and other insurance companies to resolve claims.

Must-have Qualifications:

Three years of work experience.

OR An Associate's degree and two years of work experience.

OR A Bachelor's degree.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM for the initial 3 weeks. Following that, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM as needed by the business.

Compensation:

Hourly pay range of $27.64 - $29.57 based on experience.

Potential Gainshare annual cash incentive of up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
