We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, technically savvy, tactically minded, and visually driven Marketing Manager to own and evolve the visual and strategic narrative of the LFX platform and lead the storytelling of AccuShoot to a global audience.
This role combines cinematic content creation, strategic marketing, and a deep respect for the training community. This is not just a content marketing role - this is a mission to capture and communicate the disruption LFX is driving in the shooting and tactical industries.
You will be responsible for:
Capturing the intensity, precision, and purpose behind LFX, and translating that into high-impact content that earns attention, builds credibility, and converts curiosity into action.
Generating and distributing high-quality, emotionally resonant, and strategically aligned content to help our audience feel the edge, impact, and excellence of the AccuShoot LFX system.
This is about more than marketing - it's about showing the world what training that saves lives really looks like. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Storytelling
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content that showcases LFX in use - both at live-fire ranges and during dry-fire/laser-based exercises (short-form, long-form, live-action, cinematic, testimonial, and behind-the-scenes).
Create 30-second highlight clips and other social-ready visuals that capture the power, precision, and excitement of LFX in use.
Produce emotionally resonant clips (15-30 seconds) that highlight key moments: accuracy under pressure, fast reactions, instructor feedback, and breakthrough results.
Capture the intensity and discipline of high-level training without hype or gimmicks.
Develop a consistent visual language that showcases AccuShoot LFX as a premium, forward-thinking solution - sleek, modern, and mission-ready.
Coordinate with instructors, customers, and sales teams to document live demos, training sessions, and key user reactions.
Ensure all content meets high standards of technical quality, lighting, audio, and color grading - nothing should feel amateur.
Maintain a visual portfolio that positions LFX as the most trusted and effective firearms training system available. Strategic Marketing Leadership & Execution
Own the brand voice and message architecture across all marketing channels (web, social, print, email, video).
Develop and manage content strategies across digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
Plan and execute marketing campaigns tied to new product releases, field demos, training events, and global expansion.
Translate technical product features into user-focused narratives - for both civilian trainers and professional operators.
Manage organic growth tactics to reach instructors, decision-makers, and training communities worldwide.
Use analytics to drive decision-making, adjust strategy, and increase reach and conversion.
Drive content syndication strategies across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and our owned channels.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
Track and analyze KPIs to continuously improve performance and optimize the buyer journey. Creative Direction & Team Collaboration
Manage freelance videographers, photographers, editors, and designers as needed.
Organize and maintain a clean library of footage, assets, b-roll, and testimonials.
Collaborate with product, sales, and training teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in messaging.
Uphold the highest standard for image quality, sound, editing, and overall production value.
Build scalable creative workflows and templates for repeatable excellence. Required Qualifications
5+ years in a marketing role focused on high-quality content creation, preferably in hardware, defense, tactical training, or sport tech.
Strong experience with video production, post-production workflows, and modern marketing software.
Proven ability to extract emotion and impact from fast-paced, real-world moments.
Ability to convey urgency, skill, and meaning in short-form content.
Portfolio of modern, high-quality footage and campaigns with measurable impact.
Excellent writing, scripting, and copy editing skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and an obsession with quality.
Ability to travel occasionally for demos, trade shows, or international activations.
Familiarity with professional live-fire training environments and an advanced level of firearms training - including the ability to safely and accurately represent tactical movements and scenarios. Bonus Points
Military, law enforcement, or firearms instruction background (professional or personal passion).
Experience creating content in tactical, high-performance, or high-stakes environments.
