At Bellco Feeders we design and build custom Feeding Solutions that are used in a wide variety of applications and industries. We are looking for a well rounded individual that is willing to work in different applications. Electrical Controls Engineers at Bellco are collaborative, detail-oriented individuals that are responsible for developing and programming automated equipment and small automated systems according to customer and internal specifications. We are looking to add individuals with PLC, HMI, Robotics and Vision programming and machine design experience.

What Youll Do:

Design and develop innovative and advanced software and machine controls programs, including:

Electrical and Control system design

PLC programming

Design/programming of Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)

Robotic Programming

Troubleshooting of electrical, PLC, and HMI systems

Evaluate and specify hardware and software components such as robots, grippers, load cells, motion controllers, sensors, vision systems and lasers to complete a variety of required tasks.

Work quickly and diligently to troubleshot and solve machine programming challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage assigned projects to maintain on-time and on-budget machine deliveries.

Assist Mechanical Engineering team with development and cross-over automation technologies, including robotics, pneumatics, servo motion systems and vision systems.

Support machine building process from assembly, de-bug and acceptance testing and through potential on-site customer installations and start-up support and customer training.

Ability to work hands on with the system

Some mechanical adjustments will be required.
