salary: $150,000 - 170,000 per year

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Develop and implement automation systems for various production processes

Design and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and other automation components

Analyze automated processes to identify opportunities for improvement

Provide technical support for automation systems and equipment

Manage any automation projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, and execution

Requirements

BS Electrical Engineering or similar preferred

4+ years of industrial automation experience required

Experience programming PLCs from scratch via Siemens TIA Portal and logi.cad

Steel or aluminum rolling experience a plus

strong communication skills and team player mindset REQUIRED
