Machine Operator

Job Title: Finishing Operator - 2nd Shift

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay: $17 per hour

About the Role:

You’ll be working as part of the finishing team in the production department. Your main job will be operating machines. You’ll help make sure products are made correctly and meet quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

Run finishing machines following job instructions.

Check products to make sure they are high quality.

Inspect each roll and keep production on schedule.

Keep your workspace safe and clean.

Record your time and materials accurately.

Help train other operators and assist with installing dies and labels during the converting process.

What You Need:

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to follow instructions and some mechanical skills.

Good teamwork skills and able to work well with others.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

At least 8 months of Machine operating previous experience

Basic math and being able to read and interpret measurements in inches and feet.
