About the Role:

As a Server at Red LIon, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and personalized service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied throughout their visit. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, which is essential for both guest satisfaction and health standards. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact our reputation and success in the competitive real estate development and management industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

Skills:

Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with guests and team members, ensuring a smooth dining experience. Attention to detail is crucial when taking orders and serving food, as it helps prevent mistakes and enhances guest satisfaction. Time management skills will be utilized daily to prioritize tasks and ensure timely service during busy periods. A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure will contribute to a harmonious work environment and improve overall team performance. Additionally, problem-solving skills will be important for addressing guest concerns and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
