Job Summary:

Belcan is seeking an experiencedElectrical Engineerto supportIntegration and Test Engineeringfor a development missile program. The selected candidate will provideTelemetry (TM)andFlight Termination System (FTS)support, working with both internal teams and external suppliers. The role involveshands-on engineering, coordination of testing and integration activities, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support ongoingqualification and lot acceptance testing

Assist inproduction deliveriesand upgrades for obsolescence

Providedesign, integration, and testingsupport for TM and FTS systems

Identify and developsecond-source optionsfor critical components

Coordinate withexternal suppliersfor requirements verification and technical compliance

Present findings and updates intechnical and safety reviews

Ensureinterface compliancewith system-levelICDs (Interface Control Documents)

Develop and maintainMaster Measurements List (MML)as needed

Conduct troubleshooting and performance verification from module to system level

Travel to supplier, production, or test sites as required

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering,Computer Engineering,Computer Science,Aerospace, or a related technical field

Experience withEmbedded TelemetryorFlight Termination System (FTS)design

Software development experience

Hands-on experience integratinghardware and software

Knowledge of system interface verification and ICDs

Active Secret Clearancepreferred; will consider candidates with previously held active clearances

Must have or be eligible to obtain anInterim Secret Clearancebefore starting

Desired Qualifications:

Experience developing and maintaining aMaster Measurements List (MML)

Background inRF Telemetry systems

Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams includingsoftware,design, andproduction

Strongproblem-solving and troubleshootingskills

Previous experience presenting atprogram and technical reviews
