The Client Success Analyst will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction and ensuring revenue growth through data-driven insights and proactive client engagement. This position focuses on analyzing client performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting strategic initiatives that align with the company's sourcing and sales objectives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about enhancing the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile invoices with inventory records to ensure accuracy and alignment between payments and received goods, updating systems as necessary.
Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the sourcing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor client success metrics, including revenue growth, engagement, and overall performance.
Create and deliver insightful reports and presentations on client performance for internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success.
Support onboarding processes by providing data insights and recommendations to enhance client integration.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure seamless product transactions and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve processes, enhance client outcomes, and achieve revenue goals.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and client needs to inform strategic planning.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Looker, or Power BI)
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Experience in the liquidation, auction, or secondary market industry is a plus but not required.
