Job Description
This Position Requires:
College degree preferred, with 5+ years' work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with building customer relationships
Experience in account management and project management
Basic electronic, low voltage circuitry, mechanical and computer skills required with technical aptitude including the ability learn new technologies quickly and communicate technical information to clients
Previous management skills recommended including experience managing complex projects with multiple competing deadline and shifting priorities
Requires travel in Northeast
Alarm installation, access control and CCTV experience a plus
Strong network skills and IP camera background is a plus.
An ability to work independently and recognize when to access available assistance and expertise.
Responsibilities:
Ability to maintain and develop new business and product lines
Acts as primary customer contact for project activities, leading project review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Schedule and meet with clients to ensure satisfaction levels are being met or exceeded.
Maintain proper staffing levels by recruiting as needed competent individuals necessary to maintain customer service level agreements
Assist in responding to and interpreting customer specifications
Present various ideas and layouts to our prospects and customers
Perform site inspections
