Job Title: Remote Coding Auditor (CPC, CCS-P, or CRC)

Location: Columbus OH 43215

Pay: $22.00- $24.00 per hour

Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly

Hours: 8 hour shift between 6a and 6p CST

Job Type: Full Time

Medical Coder Duties and Responsibilities:

The Coding Quality Auditor will be responsible for validating and reviewing Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) risk adjustable charts through retrospective chart reviews.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant ICD-10 coding for risk adjustment submission to CMS.

Apply clinical documentation standards and industry guidelines to support coding decisions.

Audit accuracy, process improvements, and helps maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and internal policies.

Medical Coder Requirements:

AA/AS degree or equivalent experience. Completion of an AAPC or AHIMA coding

Minimum of 3 years of relevant coding/audit experience.

Must have a Coding Certification- (CPC, CCS-P, CRC)
