Job Description

Boring Mill Operator and Programmer Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate a boring mill.

CNC experience preferred, (Fusion 360 CAM software, Fanuc controls)

Able to use shop math and precision measuring instruments.

Able to read blueprints and schematics.

Setting up equipment required to complete each step of the manufacturing plan

Ability to perform proper setups & programming of parts and machine within the tolerances of the blueprints

Monitoring the production process and intervening when problems arise

Inspecting finished parts for flaws and defects

Maintaining equipment located throughout the machine shop

Today our products include both air feeds and servo feeds, pull-thru and powered straighteners, single and double end coil reels, load cars, coil cradles, threading tables, coil threading/restricting devices plus a host of other options. We design, manufacture, and service many innovative and flexible systems.
