About the Role

Printers 3 is seeking an Experienced Bindery Operator to join our team, full-time. Primary responsibilities operating various bindery and finishing equipment to complete printed products. As a tight-knit, driven and fast-paced team, we are seeking dependable teammates who can help contribute to the success of our business.

Operator Responsibilities

· Cutter, Folder, Booklet Maker, Perfect Binder (willing to train on some equipment for the right person

· Carefully read work orders, neat, organized and ability to work independently.

· Ability to perform maintenance on equipment.

· Other essential functions to support high-quality service and output

Qualifications

· At least 5 years of prior experience working with bindery and finishing equipment in the printing industry.

· Problem-solving initiative to troubleshoot equipment issues

· Ability to communicate and work effectively with others

· Attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
