Position: Restoration Technician

Hiring Immediately – Full-time positions with paid training available for the right candidate

Pay: Up to $21/hr. + incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Demolition and removal of non-salvageable materials

Water extraction & mold remediation

Contents cleaning and inventory management

Effective communication with customers

Leadership and teamwork skills

Documenting work via proprietary software

Perform basic equipment maintenance

Perform basic Vehicle maintenance

Inspect completed work

Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.

Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.

Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.

Required Experience:

At least 1 year of restoration experience (water, mold, fire damage)

Willingness to learn and grow within the field

Job Requirements:

Reliable, honest, and dependable

Initiative and takes responsibility

Ability to work well individually and on a team

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation (required)

Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call schedule

Ability to work flexible and longer hours during emergency situations

Be part of a rotating on-call schedule

Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly (up to 100lbs with assistance)

Comfort working in tight spaces, at heights, and around cleaning products/chemicals

Ability to travel locally as needed

IICRC certification is a plus

Weekends as needed

On Call

8 hour shift (flexible and longer during emergency situations)

Experience:

Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

Bohemia, NY 11716: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
