**Position: Tower Tech / Telecom Field Tech

**Company: Sinntel, LLC

**Location: [Traverse City, MI] (Travel required)

**Pay: [$17–$35/hour + per diem]

**Schedule: Full time Monday–Friday

Sinntel, LLC is a small, hardworking team that builds and repairs cell phone towers. We’ve been around since 2018 and take pride in doing things right the first time.

- Climb and work on towers (with proper safety gear and training)

- Install or repair wireless equipment

- Read job specs and follow site instructions

- Travel to job sites (may require overnights)

- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

**Requirements:**

- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to work at heights

- Willingness to travel

- Climbing experience (preferred but not required)
