Executive Assistant to the CEO Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO of our multi-facted Property Management Company.. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can work independently and demonstrate a high level of initiative. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing their daily administrative tasks.
This is a Part Time position - Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day.
Executive Assistant to the CEO Duties and Responsibilities
Manage calendar, ensuring that all deadlines and commitments are met
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the CEO
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the CEO
Monitor and filter emails and voicemails for the CEO
Handle communications with Tenants, Banks, and Lawyers
Executive Assistant to the CEO Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of executive assistant experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Compensation is $30 per hour. Paid time off is also provided.
