Pay rate: $30.00-$36.00/Hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
1st Shift /8 - 10 hours shift -Overtime
Experience:
CMM Programming: 2 years (Preferred) /Proficiency in PC-DMIS (strongly preferred).
POSITION SUMMARY:
Overview
We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer/Operator to join our AS9100-certified facility. In this role, you will develop and maintain inspection programs, verify component quality, and help drive our commitment to precision and compliance. Proficiency in PC-DMIS software is highly preferred. As well as serving at the Quality Manager by monitoring and enhancing the current Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities
Program, operate, and maintain CMMs for in-process and final inspections.
Review blueprints and technical specs to determine inspection requirements.
Ensure all products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
Lead and support the inspection team; provide feedback to production staff.
Train manufacturing personnel in basic inspection techniques when needed.
Participate in internal audits and identify process improvements.
Communicate findings through detailed reports and data analysis.
Monitor and enhance the Quality Management System.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency in PC-DMIS (strongly preferred).
Hands-on experience programming and operating CMMs.
Familiarity with AS9100 and aerospace quality standards.
Skilled with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gages, comparators, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience inspecting machined and fabricated parts, including complex contours.
Strong attention to detail and quality-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
