Inside Sales Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our client near Elk Grove Village Illinois. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations, order entry, shipping documents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has experience managing documentation and communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation: $80k-$100k + bonus

Hybrid: 3 days in Office 2 Days WFH

7:30am-4:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee purchase orders, making sure pricing is accurate

• Assist in reviewing contracts to identify discrepancies

• Coordinate the preparation of essential shipping and transaction documents, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates.

• Make sure purchase orders, freight, and service provider invoices are good before it gets sent to Finance Department.

• Manage communication with Sales Team and customers to ensure seamless orders.

· Team management skills, strong co-ordination, and communication skills.

· Order Entry in a CRM, ERP, SAP,

· Strong persuasion skills with a customer service mindset

· Bilingual (Spanish preferably) a plus.

· Can work under pressure with great sense of responsibility, self-motivated, team spirit

· Demonstrates business and trade understanding.

· Timely decision making and problem-solving abilities.

· Interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders. Also includes customer orientation & people management.
