Responsibilities:

Lead and manage operational projects within the Operations Division, ensuring successful and on-time completion of all installations.

Supervise and coordinate on-site teams to deliver exceptional technical and security solutions.

Oversee project budgets, maintaining financial accountability and profitability.

Develop, update, and manage project plans, schedules, and documentation to track progress and outcomes effectively.

Ensure all project activities and deliverables comply with industry standards and internal company policies.

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project milestones.

Qualifications:

PMP certification-

3+ years' experience as a project manager

Industry Experience- such as telecommunications, construction, digital transformation

Leadership- Ability to lead teams effectively, manage cross-functional collaboration, and foster a culture of excellence and productivity

Budget experience- Expertise in planning and monitoring budgets to ensure profitability and alignment with project financial goals (Source: 2025 RH Tech Report.pdf).
