Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and adaptable Project Manager to support the execution of our Low-Income (LMI) Strategy across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at working across functions, aligning stakeholders, and translating high-level goals into actionable plans.

Projects may span digital redesigns, product development and testing, operational improvements, and governance support-requiring a flexible, goal-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.

Lead end-to-end project management for a wide range of LMI-related initiatives, including digital redesigns, product design and testing, operational improvements, and cross-functional governance activities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, define success metrics, and co-develop realistic timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Identify key dependencies and align related projects and workstreams to ensure cohesive execution.

Coordinate and streamline communications, align schedules, and manage project resources across departments.

Schedule and facilitate meetings, lead discussions on project milestones, requirements, and resource needs.

Build strong working relationships across a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, UX/UI, product, regulatory, customer operations, and external partners.

Translate business and design needs into actionable development tasks, including writing user stories, use cases, and test cases.

Identify and mitigate project risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues when needed.

Support governance activities, reporting, and documentation for LMI strategy initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or 5 or more years of experience in lieu of degree

Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects that span digital, operational, and strategic domains.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across varying roles and priorities.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across departments.

Ability to translate high-level goals into structured project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
