What You'll Do:
Lead the transition to modern VoIP systems while maintaining robust telecom support.
Work alongside a seasoned Network Engineer to manage network administration and firewall systems.
Troubleshoot and optimize telecom and network issues, creating seamless experiences for users.
Document, map, and manage telecom lines and systems for efficiency and future growth.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience with legacy telephony systems (e.g., ShoreTel or similar platforms).
Knowledge of modern VoIP platforms (e.g., Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral).
Foundational networking skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
Effective communicator with strong documentation and training abilities.
A driven, resourceful problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
