Job Description
On Behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and enhance their operational processes for a manufacturing business near Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This role requires a strategic thinker optimize procedures and foster a customer focused team culture. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of collaborating across departments to ensure seamless operations.
Compensation: $130k-$140k + Bonus

Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days wfh
7:30am-4:00pm
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 10 team members, mentor, and oversee the U.S. and International operations teams
• Make sure orders, customer satisfaction is met, and inventory is checked.
• Streamline and enhance business procedures by introducing standardization and automation for operational processes.
• Develop a high-performing team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and builds strong relationships with sales team, customers, and suppliers.
• Monitor monthly warehouse reports
• Address payment delays
• Partner closely with the Regional General Manager and other departments to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
· Supervisory experience, strong co-ordination, and communication skills.
· Strong persuasion skills with a customer service mindset
· Can work under pressure with great sense of responsibility, self-motivated, team spirit
· Demonstrates business and trade understanding
· Timely decision making and problem-solving abilities
· Interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders. Also includes customer orientation & people management
· Manufacturing industry is desired
