CDL A Dispatcher - - Resume - Yuba

HSD Trucking is hiring a CDL A Dispatcher in the area of Yuba City, CA!

$18 - $25 Per Hour Depending on Experience

Must Have 3 - 5 Year CDL A Dispatching Experience to Apply

Resume Required

8 Hour Shift Monday - Friday

No Walk-Ins

Responsibilities:

Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

Answer incoming calls on the phone system and provide information or assistance as needed

Assist with fleet management tasks, including coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs\

Collaborate with other departments, such as warehouse and customer service, to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams

Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes in a logistics or supply chain environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation

Job Requirements

3 to 5 years of Experience With CDL A Dispatching - REQUIRED

Must be familiar with CDL A loads like flatbed, dry van, and reefer

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams
