What You’ll Do:

As a Systems Training Specialist, you will support the administration, development and use of virtual assistant tools for residents and leasing. In addition, you will assist with key customer-facing tools and processes, such as reputation management and property management software training support. You will monitor these systems, working closely with the community & home office support team to ensure a fast, efficient, and positive customer experience—from initial lead to move-out.

Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building’s fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom and walk to some of the city’s best restaurants and downtown amenities.

What You'll Own:

Support management and lead administration of AI and reputation systems.

Ensure successful AI handoffs to community team members when AI tool is unable to assist or when the customer prefers onsite agent support.

Audit AI-managed communications for quality assurance and opportunities for system optimization.

Maintain the AI knowledge center and Entrata to ensure the accuracy of AI tools; collaborate with the team to align information.

Facilitate training sessions on the AI platform and reputation systems, including onboarding for all new team members. Support Systems Training Manager on Entrata related onboarding training.

Administer and support the company’s AI tool used for the internal training library.

Respond to helpdesk tickets related to AI and reputation systems, including troubleshooting login issues, technical difficulties, permissions and settings.

Assist with data organization, report creation, distribution and tracking.

Manage training email box as needed; ensure all emails are answered daily and email box is well organized.

Exemplify and promote the organization’s desired culture and values by leading and supporting various corporate culture initiatives.

Travel, on occasion, to our local communities to facilitate in person training to build rapport and foster positive attitudes and relationships with those on site, while maintaining a connection to the daily operations of the site teams.

Participate in overall training department duties as assigned and adapt to changes within the organization.

Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.

What You'll Bring:

3-5+ years’ experience in a property management environment required.

1+ year of Property Manager experience preferred.

Experience with Microsoft, Entrata, AIRM, and EliseAI software preferred.
