HomeDeliveryLink has an immediate opportunity for an in-office associate who is experienced in hands-on multi-site small business accounting and administrative support in fast-paced environment.
HomeDeliveryLink Inc is a leading national logistics consultant providing white-glove home delivery and other final mile logistics solutions for major retailers of furniture and appliances.
Responsibilities include:
Recording AR invoices and processing payments on accounting platform
Monitoring of AR and follow up with clients for open invoices
Verification and allocation of vendor invoices and processing of payments
Preparation and entry of recurring and one-time journal entries, account reconciliation
Oversight responsibility of multi-state biweekly payroll on ADP Workforce Now
Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly regulatory payroll/compliance reports
Preparation of preliminary schedules and analysis for monthly closing
Preparation of schedules and analysis for outside auditors and tax services
Oversight of accounting support team
Requirements:
5 years experience in business accounting. (at least 2 years full charge)
3 years payroll experience including use of ADP Workforce Now
Preference for experience coordinating with multi-site operations
3 years senior level experience using Quickbooks Enterprise (Desktop)
Experienced in creating reports and analysis using Quickbooks and Excel
Previous experience supervising accounting staff
