Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $19 – $24/hour

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage projects from initiation through completion, ensure clear communication with both clients and team members, and handle customer interactions with professionalism and care. This role also includes responsibilities such as accurate data entry, managing sales orders and invoicing through QuickBooks, and keeping projects on track using our Project Management software.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams

Handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism

Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables

Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation and reports

Assist in scheduling and resource coordination

Perform accurate and timely data entry

Update and manage project status using Project Management software

Create and process sales orders and invoices in QuickBooks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in project coordination or a related role

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with data entry and database management

Familiarity with Project Management software (training available)

Experience using QuickBooks for sales orders and invoicing

Experience with Moraware is a plus

Must pass a background check

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
