Valley Rehab is now hiring a Physical Therapist / PT to provide PRN rehabilitation services to our patients. The Physical Therapist is responsible for organizing and conducting occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
Record and document patient care services
Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Current VA State PT License.
Experience in Assisted Living settings preferred.
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
