Location: Monterey Park, CA
Pay Range: $17.00/hour
What’s the Job?
Perform complex sorting and decision-making of non-standard or rejected transactions
Operate high-speed mail extraction and scanning equipment (e.g., I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30/40/50/51/150, Falcon)
Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning
Maintain performance output in accordance with department standards
Assist with training when needed

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and make decisions
Ability to work well independently and with others
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
