Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineering-driven initiatives across the organization. This role will serve as a critical link between our engineering team and various internal teams (e.g., product, clinical, operations) as well as external partners. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned to deliver high-impact solutions that support our mission to serve patients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery across multiple engineering initiatives.
Coordinate between engineering, product, clinical, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and effective delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders involved in technical integrations or collaborations.
Track project milestones, manage risks, and escalate blockers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Maintain clear and consistent documentation, updates, and reporting for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Champion best practices in project management, and continuously look for ways to improve team workflows and outcomes.
Ensure that all engineering initiatives maintain a patient-first perspective and align with regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
2-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
Strong understanding of software development processes and engineering team dynamics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
Experience working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Github, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification a plus.
