We’re building a future where medication is no longer a barrier to health. To help us grow and scale that impact, we’re looking for a Sales & Operations Specialist to join our team.

The Role

As a Sales & Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth and making sure our sales and partnership processes run smoothly. You’ll help us find and connect with new partners, run outreach campaigns, and make sure our systems and agreements are organized and efficient.

You’ll collaborate closely with sales leadership, operations, and legal to keep our pipeline moving — and ultimately help more patients get the care they need.

What You’ll Do

Identify and research new leads and outreach opportunities

Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to potential partners and clients

Build and manage targeted email campaigns to drive engagement

Maintain and optimize our CRM, ensuring clean data and clear pipeline tracking

Organize and track all sales agreements, NDAs, and contracts in coordination with legal and leadership

Help document and continuously improve our sales processes

Provide regular reporting on outreach and pipeline metrics

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience in business development, sales operations, or a similar role

Comfortable running outbound outreach and managing lead lists

Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative, can-do attitude — you take ownership and follow through

Nice-to-Have

Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Apollo, or Outreach.io

Familiarity with legal workflows (NDAs, MSAs, contract tracking)

Background in healthcare, healthtech, or fast-growing startups
