WHO WE ARE:

STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.

STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.

STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.

The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for contract execution, interfacing with AETC stakeholders to ensure timely, quality-driven delivery of program objectives.

Oversee the development, testing, enhancement, and sustainment of enterprise data applications, including the Department of the Air Force Learning Record (DAFLR) and Faculty Qualification Tracking Tool (FQTT).

Lead a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, cloud architects, testers, and support specialists to deliver effective, secure, and user-focused solutions.

Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and risks across the program lifecycle.

Ensure development efforts support continuous improvement and the operational efficiency of deployed systems.

Provide technical oversight for Envision/Palantir-based solutions, including analytics, data visualization, and integration with mission training and education systems.

Prepare for future platform support needs (e.g., Salesforce) by maintaining agile readiness and optional team capability expansion.

Support data aggregation, cleansing, and visualization efforts across learning and development initiatives to improve self-improvement tracking and readiness metrics.

Ensure compliance with DoD security, data management, and cloud architecture standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

8+ years of program or project management experience in federal or defense environments.

Demonstrated success managing the lifecycle of data-centric applications or platforms, ideally within the DoD or Air Force environment.

Familiarity with enterprise data environments (e.g., Palantir, Envision) and data operations best practices.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading cross-functional technical teams.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk mitigation skills.

U.S. Citizenship is required; must be eligible to obtain a DoD clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification.

Experience supporting AETC, Air Force training/education missions, or other military learning systems.

Working knowledge of Salesforce development and integration (preferred for future support options).

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning record stores, and education analytics.
