Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Supply Chain SME (Subject Matter Expert) to support and optimize our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Cloud SCM applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise across key supply chain modules and play a critical role in driving end-to-end solution design, process improvements, and user support.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to lead and support supply chain business processes through Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role requires deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules and strong experience in driving business transformation through cloud-based supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Management, and Manufacturing.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM configurations and process designs.

Lead the implementation, upgrade, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules across the enterprise.

Work closely with stakeholders to design end-to-end SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Configure application settings and define business rules, workflows, and approval hierarchies.

Develop and execute test plans (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).

Create user training documentation and deliver end-user training sessions.

Troubleshoot issues and provide expert-level support post-implementation.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and test integrations with other systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant, with at least 2+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.

Strong functional knowledge in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory, Manufacturing, or Supply Planning modules.

Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations or rollouts, including data migration, configuration, and testing.

Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to engage with business users and leadership to drive solution adoption
