Capgemini Engineering is looking for a detail-oriented Project Analyst / Technical Communication Specialist to join our team. This role is centered around maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Detect and correct data inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies.

Ensure data complies with organizational policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Perform regular data audits and apply best practices for data hygiene.

Gather and analyze sentiment and feedback from social media platforms, forums, and online communities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and maintain data integrity.

Troubleshoot problems related to file formatting, data quality, and documentation standards.

Your Skills:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.

Minimum 2+ years of experience with data validation, cleaning, and auditing tools.

Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to identify data trends and resolve data-related issues effectively.

Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is [$46,400 - $98,280 /yr]. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that is allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law
