Director Supply Chain Logistics

Your contributions to organizational success include:

Get inventory "running like a clock", maximizing accuracy, storage, shipping, and receiving

Handle procurement activities and vendor relationships with inspiration

Lead and mentor a growing operations team with scaling in mind

Identify efficiencies and reduce roadblocks; be a problem solver, but also be proactive and adjust the team's focus accordingly.

Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and leadership on forecasting and fulfillment strategies

Support ERP implementation and data integrity within all areas of the supply chain function

Highly qualified Talent will possess the following:

5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management with a clear record of success managing complex inventory

Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Strong ERP systems aptitude and experience with systems implementations is a plus
